Product Manager

Job Content:

1. Be responsible for technical support before, during and after sales.

2. Be responsible for docking with the factory on product and technology related issues;

3. Be responsible for solving the daily product problems of the sales team, and effectively solve the technical consultation, product formula and other problems of customers;

4. Be responsible for the preparation of product technical data from the marketing department;

5. Understand the market trend, find new products and hot products in the market in time, and feed back to the leader in charge;

6. Conduct regular product knowledge training for sales personnel;

7. Complete other related work arranged by the superior.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in traditional Chinese medicine, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering and other pharmacy related majors;

2. Good at communication, sharp and clear logical thinking, and team spirit;

3. Strong learning ability and meticulous work;

4. Experience in food, vegetable or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Domestic Trade Sales

Job Description:

1. Communicate with domestic customers and complete all aspects of work such as new customer development, sample preparation, business negotiation, order execution and so on;

2. Maintain old customers, develop new customers, and deal with customers' questions about products, technology, transportation, etc;

3. Participate in industry exhibitions, communicate with customers face to face, and follow up new customers after the exhibition;

4. Use the Internet platform to develop new customers and promote orders;

5. Assist in formulating sales strategy, sales plan and quantifying sales objectives.

6. Receive visiting customers and comprehensively coordinate daily sales practice.
